The Mushroom Walk Foraging courses
Our mushroom foraging courses are run in the stunning woodlands and countryside of East Sussex. These afternoon adventures are perfect for anyone keen to discover the fascinating world of wild mushrooms that thrive in British hedgerows, fields, and forests.
There’s something magical about wandering through the East Sussex countryside and being able to recognise the mushrooms you see, which ones are safe to eat, which ones to admire from afar, and where to look for the hidden edible treasures. On our courses, you’ll learn all about the abundant, delicious fungi that are ready to be discovered!
If you want to deepen your knowledge of mushrooms, from the common to the rare, and understand which are edible and which are best avoided, come and join us for a hands-on experience in nature.
Foraging has grown hugely in popularity over recent years, with many large-group courses emerging. We prefer to keep things intimate, so each session is limited to just 10 participants. That way, everyone gets personalised guidance and the full experience of mushroom hunting in the wild.
